Participants will gain new insights on maker-centered learning by attending and engaging in AIMS Educator Workshops. Participants will learn how to integrate many of the themes into their classrooms in order to provide learning opportunities that tap into student interests and curiosity which are natural drivers for learning.

AIMS Educator Workshops take place from 4:00 - 5:30 on the first and third Wednesdays of the month in the AIMS Maker Studio starting in October through the end of May. Students enrolled in SCI-1350: Design, Code and Craft must attend 4 of the 15 offered workshops and complete assigned coursework to earn one continuing education unit.
