Participants will read, reflect, and analyze The Multiplier Effect: Tapping the genius inside our schools written by Liz Wiseman, Lois Allen, and Elise Foster. Participants will gain insights into leadership by comprehensively understanding the five disciplines of Multipliers and Diminishers, and evaluating the potential impact of a Multiplier mindset on organizational effectiveness.
