This course provides a lot of helpful information about Word. I learned how to use a number of new tools and features in Word. However, the instructor does not provide any feedback or answer emails while you are taking the class. If you have any questions, you are out of luck.

This course went through many of the unique and different aspects of Microsoft Word, but it also had some extra, unnecessary assignments such as reading articles and responding to forum posts which didn't seem to apply to what we were learning. It doesn't flow super easily but I was able to figure it out and get it all done.
