This course makes the use of AI in education understandable for teachers of all technical levels, using “The AI-Powered Classroom” by Andy Douglas as a reference. Teachers in the course benefit from an approach that focuses on breaking down AI-related concepts in a jargon-free way. It provides step-by-step guidance for integrating AI into daily classroom practices, featuring real-world examples of successful implementation. 

Ethical concerns are addressed with strategies for responsible AI applications in education. Educators learn how AI in education can streamline administrative tasks, personalize learning and enhance engagement. The course includes practical tips on selecting affordable AI tools, crafting effective prompts and overcoming resistance. It also explores AI’s role in expanding access to education and embracing emerging trends to transform modern classrooms effectively.
