Utilize personal productivity software to develop classroom projects, which will give you strategies for improving your students' academic achievement and your own teacher effectiveness. This course is designed to assist you in crossing the digital divide by ensuring that each of your students are technologically literate and to encourage the effective integration of technology to establish successful instructional methods. Create your own projects as well as some from the course textbook, reflecting on each lesson. These lessons can be developed for any curricular area using computers and/or Internet technology, which also meet subject matter standards and framework requirements to help improve student academic achievement. Research articles are available to show how technology supports student achievement. A course textbook is required for this course and must be purchased separately.
