A Chromebook is a laptop computer that utilizes web-based apps and cloud storage. Affordable yet powerful, a Chromebook offers students and teachers access to a wide range of productivity and curricular applications. This course will cover the nuts-and-bolts of the Chromebook as well as the use of productivity apps, online surveys, and learning groups. Hands-on assignments promote a practical, broad understanding of this revolutionary teaching and learning tool. The course can be taken using a Chromebook or a Windows or Macintosh computer; it is not necessary to have access to a Chromebook to complete the course.
Upon registering, the instructor will mail physical course materials at no additional cost. All assignments may be completed without classroom participation. Instructor support is always readily available by email and phone. Additional information at:www.chromebook.steveyoungfpu.net
