What stood out to me most was how these adaptations can make such a positive difference in a student’s experience. When students feel successful, engaged, and genuinely enjoy participating, it can boost their confidence and encourage them to stay active. This assignment reminded me how important it is to make sure everyone, regardless of their abilities, has the opportunity to participate in physical education, recreational activities, leisure programs, and community events. Every student deserves to feel included, supported, and given the chance to succeed.

I highly recommend SED-903: Adapted PE: Inclusive Games and Sports. It is a great way to introduce, or refresh yourself into the world of Adapted PE. The course provides quality assignments as well as content you can use in the future.
