Fresno helped me to fill the content knowledge gaps I had from my bachelors degree in kinesiology to my pursuit of a masters degree in teaching health and PE. The course was beneficial in increasing content knowledge. It was relevant and challenging. I would recommend all future PE teachers to use this resource in their careers.
