The culturally responsive teaching was a great experience. Also very affirming for what I am already doing in my classes.

What an eye opening class. I never thought culturally responsive teaching and math could go together. I learned a lot.

This class provided many different helpful resources and opened my eyes to the importance of including culture/social justice in the math classroom!

Another great course by Candi Reimer! I appreciate her prompt feedback and help throughout the course. This helped me reflect on my teaching practices and how to be more culturally responsive. Thanks for all your help.

There were a lot of really helpful resources in this course and while at times, I felt there was too much, I found it all really helpful and in the end appreciate the time spent on the readings and activities. It was well-organized, flowed well - the units led nicely from one to the next. Thank you for a great course!

Everything about the course was great. There were a variety of great resources of information that varied in content and were not from the same types of sources, which is what I appreciate. I learned a lot, she gave very personalized feedback which I appreciate as well. She graded everything and responded to questions super timely. I can tell she truly cares about her students, content, and their learning of it.

This class had some longer assignments but I think it was totally worth it. It has you examining the backgrounds of where your students come from and to use that knowledge to inform your teaching.
