The most valuable assignment for me was researching about and thoroughly reading my state's health education standards. I felt most of the other information to be really basic health knowledge or out of date. I also think it is not helpful or useful to have us complete things like the body fat percentage tests or other metric tests because those aren't taught anymore and are wildly inaccurate. Beyond having us complete those test I also believe it is not necessary for us to record our own personal numbers for the professor to see. I would never ask this of my students.
