Dr. Franks is very available for help and provides feedback quickly. This course is great for schools looking to implement the DTR strategy. The format of the writing a strategic plan is very prescriptive and easy for building leadership teams to follow to implement any new initiative. Dr. Franks is very passionate about her work and her excitement for schools trying to implement change is contagious!
