I would recommend this course to anyone needing to fulfill ACSI's Christian Philosophy of Education requirement even though some may believe that it's easier to read the book and write the paper. I found Rob Carey's guidance in the course to be valuable, and really enjoyed learning about worldview integration in curiculum and lessons as part of this education course. Rob's a fantastic professor for the course!

Every Christian educator needs to take this course. We cannot give to our students what we do not have. How many of us can honestly say that we have a thorough biblical worldview in all that we do? Do we find ourselves trying to compartmentalize our lives and separating the professional, extra-curricular, weekend, hobbyist selves from our spiritual self? Do we have a firm understanding of what we believe and why? Do we really get that our faith is a rational faith? These are just some of the things this course will make you ask yourself. If we, as educators, parents, influencers over others, aren't faced with these questions and wrestle through them, we have to ask ourselves, what kind of impact (if any) are we making? Do we know our purpose? You can't give what you don't have. I will carry the things I have learned in this class and the many ponderings with me throughout my tenure as an educator and am so grateful for this opportunity to dive deeper!
