This a class with immediate practical application. I found the course design and tasks to be exactly what I needed to help support me in my own goals to try some new materials.

Tech 903 was great. I enjoyed evaluating educational apps and implementing them to lesson planning. Professor Davis gave excellent and timely feedback.

This was a well developed course with a clear introduction of apps to be used for quizzes and vocabulary practice with instruction on how to effectively implement them into my classroom.

Great course if you have chromebooks in the classroom, it introduces you to so many apps I wasn't aware of. Interesting reading, which are article based or quick YouTube videos. Overall it was a stress free and interesting course!

This was a great course. A few years ago, I was in a rut with my teaching and technology know how. I feel a lot more confident now!

So Brian sure stretched me to the max with this last assignment. I took a lesson that I will be teaching in the fall and digitalized it! I normally do almost everything paper pencil. I took a 5 day lesson and made it all online. Students would be using Google Classroom, Google Slides and Google Forms to complete most everything. This is where Brian's feed back pushed me further! I then went back and added a Quizlet Vocabulary flashcards section for the students to learn, match, play live, and then test. Next I added a Quizizz to see what my students already know about cause and effect before we jump into the lesson. Last I added a Kahoot that would challenge my students after they are done reading about the 1986 Challenger Shuttle Disaster. I have never done anything like this before and it will really push my class to research and learn more about this event than what is in our text. I am so excited to deliver this in the fall. This class is exactly what this ole' veteran teacher of 29 years needed! Thank you so much!
