This is a great class. It has an appropriate amount of work, and it is a class that I would recommend for any social studies teacher who takes that trip to Washington D.C. with students.

I took this course to prepare for our school field trip to Washington D.C. I learned a ton of great information and the assignments for this course helped me create some great content for my students. This was exactly what I was looking for.

This course was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning more about the Monuments, Buildings, and Historical sites in the Washington DC area. You do not need to be a Social Studies teacher to enjoy this course.

I've been to Washington D.C. probably twenty times and taught American History for twenty years, and still learned a lot of new and interesting things about the city, its history, and people from this class that I can't wait to share with my students!

Great course the instructor was very good and offered a lot of good feedback. I will use some of the ideas to help my 8th graders prepare for the trip. Thank you

I loved all the ideas to bring D.C. to the classroom. The exposure to all the online resources and virtual museums will be an asset to teaching students about our nation's capital.
