This class helped me look at the Special Education process in the USA from different perspectives. Not only did I expand my perspective from a racial and country of origin perspective, but also from the perspective of every other form of diversity. This is extremely valuable and will help me as I continue to serve my students and their families.

I learned a lot in this course about how the parents of our students may see education differently. I also investigated different cultures and how kids are raised with a variety of expectations and experiences. I would recommend this course especially if you teach in a diverse setting.
