This course was a great way to expand my teaching toolbox in the content area of dance education for my students. I was able to develop inclusive, multi-cultural lessons that I am looking forward to implementing with my students this upcoming school-year.

This course was a great experience that deepened my understanding of how dance can support student growth—physically, socially, and emotionally. I especially enjoyed designing a culturally relevant curriculum focused on Hip Hop, which helped me see dance as more than movement—it’s expression, history, and identity. The course was practical and inspiring. I now feel better equipped to integrate dance meaningfully into my teaching and would recommend it to any educator looking to bring more creativity and inclusion into their classroom.
