Overall, I really enjoyed the pickleball class, especially the assignments, which I believed were significant and very relevant to what we would actually be teaching. The assignments helped me think more practically about the lesson planning and skill development. That being said, the textbook was pretty useless and did not contribute much to the learning. The biggest frustration for me, though, was not receiving any feedback from the professor. I went to great pains to ensure that my work was done to the best of my ability and it was hard to know if anyone ever looked at the work. Without any feedback or acknowledgement, it honestly felt a little like I was just submitting things into a void. However, I would recommend this class to any beginner pickleball player or teacher.

I really enjoyed taking this class. I do want to say this again that it was so much easier to submit assignments in this course than it was in the Badminton class. I liked Canvas!!!

Excellent assignments but way too many assignments. This 2 credit class could have spread out to 3 different pickleball classes with all of the work required.
