I really enjoyed learning about the sport of disc golf! Disc golf is always something that I wanted to attempt, but never had the opportunity. This is a life long leisure activity that is highly adaptable and can benefit individuals of all age and ability levels. I have already started to incorporate this into my physical education curriculum and my students love it!
