I appreciated the connection between past movements—like the Olympic revival, Title IX, and Idealism—and how they influence my current coaching and teaching. It helped me reflect on my purpose, not just my practice. I would’ve liked more discussion-based activities and representation of diverse voices, but overall, it was engaging, relevant, and made me a better educator.
