Course showed me many different ways to teach team sports to various skill levels and how to allow for modifications in each sport.

This course has made me reevaluate the way I present and teach two units (basketball & volleyball). It has also given me the confidence and excitement to teach racquetball to my students. The instructors answered any questions I had right away and lessons were graded in a timely fashion.

As I reflect on the assignments and material covered in this module, I realize the breadth of learning extended beyond just sports rules and into areas of educational equity and curriculum design. The course provided a powerful juxtaposition between mastering specific technical rule sets and adopting a flexible, inclusive mindset for implementation. How My Experiences Will Affect My Personal and Professional Life Personally: The most significant shift is an increased awareness of physical and social accessibility in public spaces and activities. Before, I might have simply accepted a sport's structure as fixed. Now, I instinctively look for ways that systems (whether a game, a lesson, or a collaborative project) can be intentionally modified to make every participant essential. This new lens promotes a deeper appreciation for equity and problem-solving in everyday life.
