This is a great course that I would recommend to any PE educator. resources are provided and extra research is encouraged. By the end of this course and educator will have handouts that cover history, rules and terminology ready for their classes. They will also have skill development and technique drills ready for class. Most important, they will have a three week unit lesson plan ready to go. this course is well organized and easy to follow.
