This course exceeded my expectations. I was able to go at my own pace and work independently. But there was collaboration built in. The instructor has been very timely in grading and gives feedback that is helpful. The design of this course made sense, and it was scaffolded so that the new features we were learning about desmos was built onto our growing knowledge. I have learned a lot about being a more intentional Desmos user and will share what I learn with anyone who is interested. I highly recommend this course and this instructor.

I recently completed **MAT 938: Desmos in the Math Classroom** through Fresno Pacific Continuing Education, and it was a fantastic experience. Matt, the instructor, was absolutely amazing—highly knowledgeable, incredibly communicative, and always approachable. I recently completed the Desmos in the Math Classroom course, which was transformative for my teaching practice. The course goes deep into Desmos's many features, such as the graphing calculator, activity builder, and pre-made activities, all of which are crucial for creating an engaging and interactive math classroom. One aspect I appreciated most about this course was its practical application. I was encouraged to explore various Desmos activities tailored to math concepts and grade levels. The hands-on approach allowed me to create, customize, and implement Desmos activities that align perfectly with my curriculum goals. I could immediately apply what I learned to my classroom, making my lessons more interactive and engaging for my students.

This course offers a variety of Desmos activities for teachers to utilize in their mathematics instruction. It even challenges us to create our own Desmos activities which can be a little intimidating, but with the resources offered and the continuous guidance by the instructor, Mathew Dummeldinger, it turns out it is a great tool for us to utilize with our group of students. This course is very organized and meticulously planned to challenge us and take us out of our comfort zone when using technology in our classrooms. I really enjoyed this course and I will recommend it to all my peers.
