This course has been a wonderful "refresh button" so to speak. After being away from teaching for so long, there were many items that were good to review. It also gave me a lot of insight in to how to help our school develop our own wellness plan by making it more cohesive, understandable, and relatable for our staff. One focus I hope to incorporate this year is promoting wellness thoughtfulness through the assignment we completed on Health Promotion. Great Class!
