I took a health class called Healthy Self-Esteem. I enjoyed reading the book. It was applicable to me personally as well as my students. The assignments were useful and valuable. The professor, Andy Herrick, responded quickly to my questions and grading was a quick turnaround. The class requirements were explained well too!

There is no issue that needs a closer examination than the psyche we need to develop in our students to help them grow into self aware and self confident young people. This course is right on target and the text is tremendous. Building self esteem is not a quick process and the teaching elements in this course are great.
