I truly enjoyed the self-esteem course. Through the readings in the Self-Esteem textbook, I discovered a wealth of valuable strategies to help students enhance their self-esteem. I took a health class called Healthy Self-Esteem. I enjoyed reading the book. It was applicable to me personally as well as my students. The assignments were useful and valuable. The professor, Andy Herrick, responded quickly to my questions and grading was a quick turnaround. The class requirements were explained well too!
