This course challenged me to think about how I approach literacy in my classroom. It opened my eyes the the broad definition of literacy, and it challenged me to think about how I can seamlessly integrate media literacy into my current curriculum.

I gained a lot from this course, especially in understanding the history and evolution of media and how different types of media shape public perception. The course was well-organized and easy to follow. There was also a lot of choice in how you wanted to tackle the required assignments.
