I got a lot of great tips from this course not only for my students, but myself and my own children as well. It was great to learn new ways to combat stress, increase focus and memory, and help regulate emotions. This is a worthwhile course for all teachers and all people in general.

Although I had previous Mindfulness training, I was excited to learn new ideas, activities, and resources for use in my first grade classroom! I would highly recommend this class!

This class was so energizing. I loved the assignments and they were really easily translatable into my classroom activities. The instructor was very responsive via email and so helpful. The modules are really well organized! I would definitely recommend this class. Also I want to give this class five stars but the fifth star will not allow me to click it!

Candi Reimer was so helpful and encouraging. I really appreciate her feedback and timely responses. The textbook "Mindfulness In The Classroom" was one of my favorites so far. I am holding on to this as a resource since it has so many helpful suggestions. The final project for this course is something I will actually use in my classroom. What a gift!

Very practical course! The professor had very helpful sources; I found the online resources to be more helpful than the book itself. Would definitely recommend. I took it alongside the Mindfulness for Teachers class. There was overlap, but it was still very helpful and informative.
