I learned great easy and realistic to implement mindfulness activities within the classroom. I will definitely be utilizing the things I learned in this class into my practice.

Candi Reimer was so helpful and encouraging. I really appreciate her feedback and timely responses. The textbook "Mindfulness In The Classroom" was one of my favorites so far. I am holding on to this as a resource since it has so many helpful suggestions. The final project for this course is something I will actually use in my classroom. What a gift!

Very practical course! The professor had very helpful sources; I found the online resources to be more helpful than the book itself. Would definitely recommend. I took it alongside the Mindfulness for Teachers class. There was overlap, but it was still very helpful and informative.
