The course reinforced the importance of using trauma-informed practices to create a safe, supportive learning environment. Th course was a helpful reminder of best practices and affirmed the strategies I use in my classroom. One suggestion for improvement would be to include more content on supporting students with ADHD. I understand ADHD may be a separate topic, but many classrooms include students with ADHD, and additional guidance on distinguishing trauma-related behaviors from ADHD and supporting both would be beneficial.

The course was useful in content, and I enjoyed the two books required for the class. Some of the assignments were too long and a little repetitive.
