I enjoyed learning about my CliftonStrengths and reflecting on how they influence my teaching style. The course helped me better understand my natural strengths and how they have contributed to my growth as an educator. However, I expected the course to focus more on practical ways to apply those strengths in areas such as classroom management, lesson planning, and student relationships. Much of the course centered on identifying and reflecting on strengths rather than providing classroom-specific strategies. Overall, I found the course valuable for self-awareness, but I would have appreciated more direct applications to everyday teaching.
