Teacher Efficacy
Whether you are a new or a seasoned teacher, the nagging questions keep surfacing in our minds: How can I be a more effective teacher; how can I empower my students to achieve academically, behaviorally, and socially? This online course will answer these questions and equip you to be the most effective teacher ever! It will identify, analyze, and put into practice research-based strategies for the comprehensive management of the K-12 classroom and promote teacher efficacy which equates to student academic success. Learn how to increase on-task behavior and decrease misbehavior, concentrating on managing instructional activities, procedures and policies; recognizing and complimenting learning styles and diversity, mastering lesson planning and grade keeping.
