I am an international resident having lived in Toronto (Canada), Michigan, and presently, Central Pennsylvania. After graduating with my Bachelor’s degree from a Canadian university, I worked as a graphic artist while my husband finished his schooling. We then moved to the United States and I began my journey of obtaining a Master of Education degree. While teaching full time, I completed a Master of Science in Education from Dominican University, River Forrest, Illinois – totally online using the Blackboard Course Management System. During the summers I work for a major educational publishing company as a graphic artist/typographer. I have a passion to learn and keep up with new developments in my field as well as an uncommon drive to communicate and disseminate the knowledge gleaned. I look forward to working with Fresno Pacific CPD participants and “gleaning more knowledge."

What Matters: Only what is done for God matters. THUS, never let the little things bother you so much that you forget your real mission ... Will the student you're teaching, or the parent(s) you're interacting with, or the staff/faculty member you're at logger-heads with, or whomever, be with you heaven? Are you helping or hindering them?

Pet Peeves: Improper use of your and you're by adults (that's only one of my grammar pet peeves)

What I Like About FPU: The flexibility and the wide selection of courses offered; friendly and helpful faculty and staff; online capabilities; quality instruction!
