This class was very engaging and insightful. I am thrilled to take what I've learned and increase my effectiveness as an educator. Understanding more deeply how the brain learns and remembers, and various factors that hinder or help, is vital to using best practices in helping students become better, more confident learners. I also came away with personal awareness and encouragement in helping my brain and body be healthier as I age.
