What an amazing class! I loved this book and would recommend it to any teacher interested in helping students find resolutions to difficult situations. Brian Davis really knows how to uncover the root of what is needed to enhance our classrooms. I am also taking his advice on coming to my classroom the best version of myself..I bought a fitbit and have been more mindful about a healthy lifestyle.

This was a terrific course for helping students understand poverty. The book Hillbilly Elegy is amazing to read and I really enjoyed working with the professor Brian Davis.
