Ever wonder how you can inspire learning in your K-12 classroom? Enhance student achievement by pairing strategies with course content. Instructional Strategies to Inspire Learning is designed for teachers of all subject areas to implement Marzano's nine strategies to increase achievement. You will apply a framework for instructional planning and strategies that creates a classroom environment that inspires learning in your students. The McREL 2010 study brings awareness of instructional planning with the strategies. In our diverse and linguistically rich classrooms the strategies are effective tools. You will gather ideas from videos of classrooms applying the strategies. This course aligns the Common Core State Standards in English Language Arts and the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.

NOTE: Required textbook must be purchased separately.

This course is applicable towards the Curriculum Design and Assessment Certificate and Student Engagement Certificate.
