I felt working full time and completing this course at your own pace was a critical decision of why I chose this course. The course allowed me to learn at the pace I needed to complete it. The course had appropriate assignments and allowed me to learn a great deal of safety guidelines and how to write a program and run a practice. Great course!

I am very thankful I took this course. To start, I didn't know a large amount of information about swimming prior to this course. Throughout the assignments, I found a vast amount of information and activities that I plan on implementing into my lesson plans for this year's swimming unit. I feel prepared to step into a coaching role, swimming instructor, or Aquatics Maintenace role confidently. The most valuable lesson I would say is Safety. Regardless of your role in swimming, safety is always most important.

My experience with class was great because I learned more than I thought I would. I had minimal knowledge of the art and sport of swimming and to coach it I would have been somewhat clueless without this class. I learned so much regarding safety, technique, and training of swimming. I grew a deeper appreciation for the sport and am happy I chose this course to learn further.
