Sunny's Classroom Management Bootcamp

Grounded in Dr. V.H. Manríquez’s Fishbone Class Management Hybrid Culture Model, this workshop uses a practical visual framework to identify the key elements of effective classroom management. Participants will gain actionable strategies to improve student engagement, clarify behavior expectations, and create a stronger instructional flow.

What to expect:

  • Explore how classroom culture, teacher leadership, and student participation share learning outcomes and gain practical strategies to create more engaging classrooms.
  • Learn how to build a classroom culture of shared responsibility through strong leadership, clear communication, relationship-building, and active student engagement.
  • Leave with a practical Fishbone framework you can immediately apply to strengthen classroom culture and support student success.

Day 2: Boundaries and Leadership

  • Review the Ten Laws of Boundaries
  • Identify Three Principles That Stood Out and Explain Why
  • Boundary Scenario Group Activities
  • Create a Classroom Boundary Framework

Day 3: Year Plan for Class Management

  • Create an August–June Classroom Management Plan
  • Develop Beginning-of-the-Year Systems
  • Build Mid-Year Engagement and Accountability Strategies
  • Design End-of-Year Celebration and Reflection Practices
  • Teacher Wellness and Sustainability Reflection
