Elementary Class Projects is an independent study course that encourages educators to develop curriculum aligned with state standards while reviewing best practices and enhancing personal growth. Participants will have the opportunity to work individually or with colleagues in their choice of setting to develop materials, activities and assessment tools to support learning in their classrooms. Participants will focus on curriculum development for elementary instruction in either multiple subjects or on the subject of their choosing.
