NOTE: Students must register for the course with the EAT Foundation PRIOR TO registering for college credit through Fresno Pacific University.
This 15 hour course is meant to educate school teachers on the topic of water in California. Topics regarding water in California include:
- History and science of water in California
- Water conservation, storage, and rights in California
- The battle over water in California
- Suggestions for the future of California's water sources and supply
