The QUEST is the initial event of the year-long, professional development experience, known as Delta. The sequence of concepts is Community, AG Industry Experience, Phenomenal Learning, Design, Delivery, Challenge, Continuity, Celebration, and then into the Mentoring Sequence. This team, Delta Force, is tasked to facilitate an immersive experience that enhances the efficacy of educators in ways that positively impact the competence and confidence of their students and aligns with CATA professional development goals and sequence of events.
