According to the latest research, classroom management is a major assembly of the learning environment, including the individuals within the classroom setting. A teacher's classroom management system reveals much about the teacher's beliefs regarding instructional content and how students learn. It also serves as a window into the teaching style of the teacher. This course will give participants a useful overview of classroom management theories and their application. Each student will gain theoretical as well as personal understandings of classroom management along with practical strategies for building a community of learners.
