Most classrooms are widely diverse in areas such as gender, culture, ethnicity, abilities, religion, languages and attitudes. The objective of this course is to provide participants with a broad perspective based on the research centered on the topic of diversity and inclusion in a global society. Through in-depth readings and video examples you will explore diversity and inclusion from a multi-faceted perspective and learn what other educational systems are doing and why they are successful.
