The Leadership for Educational Justice (LEJ) Series is a professional learning and equity capacity-building experience designed for Fresno Unified leaders across all roles and levels. This course builds participants' critical consciousness, deepens their understanding of systemic inequities in education, and equips them to lead justice-centered change.
In 2025-26, the series will focus on foundational frameworks, practical application, and collaborative engagement. After initial sessions to front-load theory and tools, participants will engage in regional communities of praxis to reflect, adapt, and implement strategies based on their unique school or department contexts.
