CTE Foundations is an overview of the historical foundations of career technical education up to present day practices including funding, and general knowledge needed by CTE teachers to develop as professional CTE educators. An overview of standards, CTE methodologies, cultural diversity, English Learners, Special Needs, and classroom management will be the focus of instruction.
