This course will introduce health concepts, skills, and behaviors for new educators to be able to use health information in their daily work to assist students in making informed choices and promoting good health. This course will focus the California Health Framework, consumer, and community health resources, personal health, communicable and chronic diseases, injury prevention and safety.
