This variable unit course is designed to allow teachers to choose two different in-person professional development courses that will assist them in learning best practices for educational engagement, classroom instruction, professional learning communities, and essential standards in the elementary classroom. Many different classes will be offered, including but not limited to: Number Talks, Deep Dive into Essential Standards, Math Matters, Steps to Advance/Phonics for Reading.
