This course explores Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek through an educational leadership lens, with a focus on trust, culture, and service in schools. Participants will engage in guided readings and reflective notebook prompts designed to connect Sinek's principles to real-world leadership practice. Through reflection and application, school leaders will examine how to cultivate environments where students and staff feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow.
