I had a lot of fun completing the assignments. I found that the descriptions were helpful and easy to understand when navigating each website. The professor replied in a timely manner to any emails I had sent and was thorough with his descriptions and provided the workbook both physically as well as digitally. I have taken my experiences and am excited to transfer them over to my classroom.

This class was GREAT! It was set up well and the assignments flowed from one to another! It was super helpful that Mr.Young mailed me a paper copy of the course book. It was so much easier to have the book right there while doing projects. Flipping from one screen to the next would have been way too difficult! I can´t wait to take my new knowledge of computer graphics back to my students! We are going to have some fun!

This was a well-developed class and well worth the time. I am certainly not a technology genius by any means, but I feel I have a better grasp on using different programs to create a variety of computer graphics. I really appreciated the paper copy of the workbook; it was extremely helpful to be able to flip through it while working on the computer. The videos by Steve Young and through the various programs were helpful. I appreciate opportunities to explore new/different technology that I otherwise would not have. During the school year is so busy, I appreciate the time to complete the course at my own pace. As a Science teacher, I can have students incorporate graphics in their lab reports, assignments, and other projects. In my personal life, I can introduce my own children to the different programs which may help them with their projects.

I enjoyed exploring the different computer graphic programs of paint and draw. As an art teacher I will be able to use many of these programs with my students, and like that they can be used on a chromebook. I enjoyed the step-by-step learning, and that the programs got more complex and build on each other as we moved through the course material. I am excited about planning my new lessons to include the drawing and painting programs I learned from this class.

I learned a lot from this course, everything from the difference between paint and draw programs to specific features/tools in some of the programs and resources. In the end, this course has helped me feel more confident about my artistic skills and expression particularly in graphic design or digital art. Excellent course! I had previously taken Computer Graphics for Teachers and was concerned that this course would be redundant, but I was wrong. I was introduced to many new computer graphics programs and tools that served to expand and enhance my knowledge and ability. The format of the course was easy to follow and understand with a gradual build in complexity of the assignments. I found the manual to be a wonderful resource that is chock-full of information that I continue to refer to in my day-to-day tech life.
