Taking this course was one of the best decisions I have made this school year. Since the platform that my school district is using to educate our children at a distance is Canvas and as much as teachers, children, and parents we had to learn it in a time of change and educational and social adjustments worldwide. After finding out that my school district would be using Canvas for the 2020/2021 school year, I knew that I need to find a course to help me with Canvas. Taking this course was a great decision. I got lots of practical experience setting up and using Canvas in the course, and was able to easily set up my Canvas this fall for my own students. As I've been teaching remotely this year, I have been able to refer back to what I learned in the course. "Teaching With Canvas" has been an invaluable tool for me this year and has saved me lots of time and frustration during this difficult period in my teaching career.

This course was organized well. Each module was broken up into smaller segments so that I was able to complete a segment when my teaching/home schedule allowed. The assignments were direct and to the point of learning the content. Having 12 months to complete the course let me focus on learning the content not try to beat a deadline. Life in general causes detours in the best laid plans. The 12 months to complete the course allowed me to take care of personal and professional responsibilities as needed. This course provides a great foundation for working with Canvas!

Perhaps you need to specify that this course is best for middle, junior and high school teachers who are new to Canvas. Then consider creating another course designed for elementary instructors.
