This course is an overview of disabilities seen in students. Many disabilites are covered, so there is not much depth of information for any one issue. The instructor, Dr. Lane, is very knowledgeable and gave thoughtful feedback on my assignments. After taking the course, I feel like I have a greater understanding of some issues that I see in my classroom.

A very good course. A considerable amount of work is involved, but a lot is gained by putting in the work. I wish the lesson plans were a little less intensive.

This class was not difficult to complete and provided some excellent resources and information regarding all categories of disabilities. The professor was quick to grade the assignments and provided good feedback. The format of the lesson plans, I felt, were a little bit lengthy, but other than that, I feel this is a course worth taking.
