Having enrolled and completed several other courses with Fresno Pacific, I report that once again my experience was enjoyable. I enjoyed the reading of the plays (and having choices as to which ones that I could read), and the related assignments were pertinent and beneficial. Moreover, I enjoyed working with Elaine again; she is wonderfully patient, understanding, and accommodating.

Expanding my knowledge of American drama was not only worthwhile, but it was also enjoyable. The demands of the course were (appropriately)heavy on the reading and viewing of plays and very reasonable on the evaluation, critical reception, and application of said plays.

This was a great course that helped me think critically and creatively about 5 classic plays. The instructor gave great feedback, and it was clear that she read all aspects of my submitted work. I think there is room to include more diverse playwrights and perhaps look at some plays that are post-modern as companion pieces to the already supplied titles from the mid-20th century. Great course!

Solid selection of plays and good variety of exercises. It was too bad that so few others were taking the course at the same time -- it is always more enjoyable when many professionals are interacting together on the comment boards. (The professor and IT support folks were all very prompt and helpful, too.)

Two issues that caused some confusion for this course: 1) The assignments listed on the class homepage and those listed on the Moodle submission pages do not always 100% match. 2) I could not see the complete comment from the instructor regarding the feedback on the assignments. I also saw no way as to how to access those comments. Thus, I was only able to read about 1.5 lines of feedback for each assignment. So it goes.
